Advisor Resources

All chartered student organizations are required to have at least one UNM faculty or staff advisor. The primary advisor must be employed at least half time. Graduate assistants, teaching assistants, adjunct instructors, retirees, and faculty on sabbatical are not eligible to serve as primary advisors. CSOs are welcome to have a secondary advisor if they choose. Any faculty or staff member can serve as a secondary advisor.
